Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website or placing an order. By browsing goldriva.com or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or place an order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page together with a new "Last updated" date. The version in force at the time you place your order is the one that applies to that order. We recommend saving or printing a copy for your records.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Our website and products are intended for customers living in the United Kingdom. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to place an order with us. By using the website, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. USING OUR WEBSITE
You may use goldriva.com only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not affect anyone else's use of it. In particular, you agree not to:
Copy, reproduce, sell or reuse any content from the website for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, our servers or any connected systems.
Upload or transmit viruses or any other harmful or disruptive code.
Use automated tools to scrape, crawl or collect data from the website.
Create a false identity, use someone else's details or share your account with others.
Post anything that is false, offensive, abusive, unlawful or that infringes the rights of others.
You may print or download a copy of any page for your own personal, non commercial use.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on goldriva.com, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, product descriptions and the design of the website, belongs to LUNA ROSA LTD or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any of this content without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms gives you any right to use the Goldriva name or logo.
5. REVIEWS AND CUSTOMER CONTENT
If you send us or post reviews, photos, comments or other content ("Your Content"), you confirm that it is your own, that it is accurate and that it does not break any law or infringe anyone's rights. You give us a free, non exclusive, worldwide licence to use, display, edit and share Your Content in connection with Goldriva, including on our website and social media. We may remove any content at our discretion, and we are not responsible for content posted by customers or third parties.
6. PRODUCTS AND PRICES
We do our best to describe and photograph our clothing as accurately as possible. Please keep in mind that colours can look slightly different depending on your screen settings, and that small variations in fabric, print placement or finish are normal and do not count as a fault.
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. Prices and availability can change at any time without notice, but any change will not affect an order that we have already confirmed.
If we find a mistake in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You can then choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.
7. PLACING AN ORDER
Our products are sold for personal use only and not for resale. When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. After your payment has been received, we will send you an order confirmation email, and the contract between us is formed at that point.
We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unexpectedly out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, if there is a pricing error or if we suspect fraud. If this happens, we will let you know and refund any payment you have made in full.
8. PAYMENT
Payment must be made in full at checkout using one of the payment methods shown on our website. You confirm that the payment details you provide are your own or that you are authorised to use them, and that all information you give us is true, accurate and up to date. We may cancel an order if we have reason to believe the payment information is incorrect or fraudulent.
9. DELIVERY
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We offer two delivery options:
Free Standard Delivery: free of charge, with delivery usually within 4 to 5 business days.
Insured Express Delivery: £4.95, with delivery usually within 2 to 3 business days. This option includes shipping insurance for extra peace of mind.
Delivery times are estimates and start from the day your order is dispatched. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Occasionally, delays can happen because of carrier issues, bad weather, busy periods or other events outside our control. If your order is going to be significantly delayed, we will try to contact you. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the order date, you may cancel it and we will refund you in full.
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details. Responsibility for the items passes to you once they have been delivered to the address you gave us.
10. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you, or someone you nominate (other than the carrier), receive the goods.
To cancel, please let us know clearly by emailing info@goldriva.com or by writing to us at 45 Maidenway Road, Paignton, Devon, TQ3 2QB. Please include your name, order number and the items you wish to return. It is enough to send your message before the 14 day period has ended.
You must then send the items back to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning it. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns that get lost in the post.
Items should be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. You may try items on as you would in a shop, but we may reduce your refund if an item has been worn, washed, damaged or has lost value because of handling beyond what is needed to check its size and fit.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear, bikini bottoms and similar items can only be returned if the hygiene liner and seal are still intact and the item has only been tried on over underwear.
11. REFUNDS
Once we have received your return, or proof that you have sent it back, whichever comes first, we will refund you without undue delay and no later than 14 days. Your refund will include the original standard delivery cost. If you chose Insured Express Delivery, we will refund the cost of standard delivery only, so the extra £4.95 is not refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be made to the same payment method you used for your purchase, and you will not be charged any fee for this.
12. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, please contact us at info@goldriva.com as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including your delivery costs. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Otherwise, we are only responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for any business losses, as our products are sold for personal use only.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
14. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
Our website may contain links to other websites, such as social media pages or payment providers. These are provided for convenience only. We have no control over those websites and are not responsible for their content or for any loss that may arise from your use of them.
15. PRIVACY
We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information you give us is handled in line with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
16. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We may suspend or end your access to the website, and cancel any outstanding orders, if we reasonably believe you have broken these Terms. If we cancel an order for this reason, we will refund any amount you have paid for items you have not received.
17. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
If you have a problem with your order, please get in touch with us first at info@goldriva.com or on +44 7564 000713 so we can try to put things right. We aim to resolve any complaint quickly and fairly.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
18. OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest will remain in full effect.
If we delay in enforcing any part of these Terms, this does not mean we have given up our right to do so later.
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation. We will let you know if this happens, and it will not affect your rights.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the website and any purchase you make.
